Return to Origin (RTO) Policy – KhusiHub

1. Good News for Dropshippers and E-commerce Business Owners

We have great news for all Dropshippers and E-commerce Business Owners! Unlike other suppliers who do not accept RTO products, KhusiHub accepts RTO products, making us your reliable partner for seamless business operations.


2. RTO Handling

If your order is returned to us (RTO) due to non-delivery or other reasons:

  • Exchange Only: We will provide you with another product in exchange for the returned product. No refunds will be issued in RTO cases.
  • You must bear the reshipping charges for the exchanged product.

3. Condition of Returned Product

If the product is returned in a damaged condition, we regret to inform you that:

  • No exchange will be provided.
  • The returned product must be in good condition, unused, and intact with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure accurate delivery information to avoid RTO situations.
  • If you anticipate any issues with delivery, notify us promptly to prevent the return of the parcel.

5. No Exchange for Damaged Products

If the product returned is found to be damaged or in an unsellable condition, we will not process an exchange.
